Sales Executive
to our onsite team in

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. Your role will include : Identifying new business opportunities Nurturing and closing sales Building solid relationships with clients Setting up new accounts & onboarding data MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES

1 to 2 years
of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech industries Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals. Strong negotiation skills to secure win-win deals. Proficient at lead generation and handling both inbound and outbound leads. Experience handling full-cycle sales : prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closures Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Understanding of HR and payroll domains is a plus Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in English and Urdu is required PREFERRED SKILLS
Background in HR Tech, SaaS, or similar high-growth industries Ability to quickly understand technical products and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships Experience in managing enterprise or mid-market clients is a plus OUR CULTURE
