Role Purpose
Drive new B2B partnerships for WEBDOC with microfinance banks, fintechs, FMCGs, wallets, and telcos. The role is focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing commercial agreements that embed or distribute WEBDOC’s digital health and insurance products. Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a pipeline of target accounts (microfinance banks, fintechs, FMCGs, wallets, telcos). Open doors at senior decision-maker level (product heads, partnership leads, CEOs where possible). Pitch WEBDOC’s value proposition (embedded insurance, health services, device / outage covers). Negotiate and close revenue-share or fixed-fee partnership agreements. Work with product and ops teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of signed partners. Track KPIs : pipeline, closures, partner revenues, ARPU uplift. Qualifications / Skills
4–7 years of experience in B2B sales / BD (preferably fintech, telco, bank, or FMCG ecosystem). Strong network with decision-makers in BFSI / fintech / telco / FMCG sectors. Proven track record of hunting new accounts and closing large partnership deals. Ability to understand financial models, P&L, and negotiate commercials.
