Manager Finance

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in project financial reporting and feasibility analysis, with a strong focus on construction-related initiatives. This role is instrumental in providing financial insights that support decision-making, optimize project outcomes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of project financial reports, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction and capital projects.
• Develop comprehensive feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate the financial viability of proposed construction and infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to provide financial oversight throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor and report on project budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring timely escalation of financial concerns.
• Support capital expenditure planning and ensure alignment with financial controls and internal approval processes.
• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
• Prepare and present clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices in financial project reporting and analysis.
