Job Overview

Prismware Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Onsite Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, particularly in IT and software development roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top technical talent for our organization. This role requires the ability to work onsite in Islamabad / Rawalpindi and maintain close collaboration with our hiring managers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
