About the Role We’re looking for a Global Senior Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume recruiting across multiple roles, functions, and regions. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend most of your time engaging candidates through video and phone interviews, building pipelines, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values.

Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for technical roles across global markets

Conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week (5–6 hours / day)

Evaluate candidates across both core / established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C / C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI / ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.) following our Playbook and supportive documentation

Actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach

Build and maintain large candidate pipelines for recurring roles

Deliver a world‑class candidate experience in every interaction

Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Fluency in English, written and spoken (near‑native)

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical and high‑volume global recruitment

Proven success in recruiting across engineering, product, and technical operations roles

Experience hiring for both classical and emerging technologies

Track record in startup and enterprise environments

Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and tech communities

Autonomous, outcome‑driven recruiter who thrives in fast‑moving settings

Nice to Have

Technical background (education or work experience)

Exposure to remote‑first or globally distributed teams

Hands‑on experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
