SI Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading systems integrator and digital transformation firm in Pakistan, offering solutions in smart city projects, cybersecurity, data centers, cloud migration, AI, and more.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Insight Sales Consultant who can combine market intelligence with consultative sales to close high-value deals in enterprise IT and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing and executing sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
  • Conduct initial client needs assessments and coordinate with technical teams for solution design.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product updates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the software industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of hardware products and brands including Client, Server, Storage, Media Degausser, and CCTV solutions from industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, H3C, ProDevice, and others.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Must have own conveyance and willingness to travel for client meetings.
