We’re looking for Technical Product Managers who want to build products that change how enterprises operate and serve their customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our client’s products are enterprise ready, and for developing processes and talent that enable us to scale, develop, and iterate at lightning-fast speeds.
Key responsibility :
- Own end-to-end product delivery for client engagements : scoping, requirements, architecture input, sprint execution, QA, deployment, and post-launch support across the full SDLC.
- Conduct product discovery including stakeholder interviews, qualitative / quantitative research, and competitive analysis to define optimal solutions for client problems.
- Compose and refine product specifications, define epics, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and QA steps.
- Work directly with distributed engineering teams (Southeast Asia) to deliver software that is robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Triage defects, manage risk, and define resolution paths to keep engagements on track
for timeline and budget.
Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to both internal teams and external clients; run sprint ceremonies and stakeholder reviews.Produce and maintain client-facing product documentation, executive summaries, and status reporting.Monitor product performance, reliability, security, accessibility, and compliance throughout the engagement lifecycle.Identify scope changes and manage client expectations proactively, escalating risks before they become problems.Gather and apply competitive and technology intelligence to improve delivery methodology and client outcomes.Basic Qualifications :
3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role working hands-on with engineering teams.Engineering, QA, or strong technical background with working knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and software architecture.Experience delivering enterprise-scale or SaaS / multi-tenant digital products through a full SDLC.Proficiency with Agile / Lean methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across cross-functional, distributed teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical detail into client-facing language.Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, security practices, and cloud infrastructure.Experience at a digital consultancy, agency, or outsourcing firm preferred.
