Job Description : We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Product Animator / Motion Designer to join our creative team. This role involves applying your imagination and artistic skills to create a variety of art forms, including character designs, props, game assets, environments, and textures. Your main responsibility will be converting our 3D products into masterpieces and creating animations that include VFX, simulations, and particle animations. You will also create realistic environments to enhance product presentations.

Responsibilities and Duties :

3D Modeling : Create high-quality 3D models of environments, and other elements based on concept art, references, or specific requirements.

Texturing and Shading :

Apply textures, materials, and shaders to 3D models to enhance their appearance and realism.

Animation :

Bring objects, and environments to life through captivating and smooth animations, including keyframe animation, motion capture, and procedural techniques.

Lighting and Rendering :

Set up lighting and rendering systems to achieve desired visual effects.

Collaboration :

Work closely with artists, designers, and other team members to ensure artistic and technical goals are met while maintaining project deadlines.

Quality Assurance :

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues related to 3D models, animations, and their implementation.

Research and Innovation :

Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in 3D modeling and animation, and contribute to the development of new tools, workflows, and pipeline improvements.

Key Requirements : Portfolio :

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation. Showcase your ability to create realistic environments and animations.

Proficiency in 3D Software : Expertise in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of modeling, texturing, and animation tools and workflows.

Animation Skills :

Solid understanding of principles of animation, including timing, weight, and movement, and the ability to create compelling and believable animations.

Collaboration and Communication :

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members.

Attention to Detail :

Strong eye for detail and the ability to match the artistic vision and style of a project.

Problem-Solving :

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling, animation, and their integration into real-time or offline rendering systems.

Creativity and Innovation :

A passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D modeling and animation, and a desire to explore new techniques and tools.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
