About The Role

As a Procurement Specialist at Get Flooring, your primary objective is to efficiently source materials while ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery to project locations. Your contribution will be instrumental in keeping installation teams working without delays, helping ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials and negotiate pricing with vendors
• Obtain and track material lead times and specifications
• Submit materials for approval and send samples to clients
• Place material orders and coordinate deliveries or pickups
• Verify delivery accuracy and control shortages, returns, and refunds
• Ensure Operations and Maintenance Manuals are provided to GCs
• Maintain real‑time materials tracking sheet
• Collaborate with teams weekly to align material schedules with project plans
• Deliver weekly planning reports and stats to your manager
• Participate in weekly procurement meetings
