Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Oversee employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR practices and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand workforce needs.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills :
Strong understanding of HR principles and labor legislation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant HR certification is preferred.
