Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketer at Ad-Mill Communications in Lahore. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, optimizing paid ads, conducting research, and analyzing campaign performance. The role will require 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with exposure in the skincare and personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and executing content calendars.
- Knowledge of consumer psychology, branding, and market research.
- Analytical skills with ability to measure and report campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Creativity and ability to bring fresh campaign ideas to the table.
Salary : Rs. 35,000 per month (with performance-based growth opportunities).
