Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated Female Warden to manage our hostel and drive new business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to market the hostel effectively to ensure high occupancy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring it remains clean, secure, and welcoming.
  • Provide support and assistance to residents, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Conduct tours for potential residents, showcasing the hostel's amenities and benefits.
  • Handle administrative duties, including maintaining records of occupancy, payments, and resident information.
  • Organize events and activities for residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the hostel.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in hostel management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills with a proven track record of successfully attracting clients.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • A warm, approachable demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for management and marketing purposes.
