Job Description :

We're looking for a dedicated and driven Final Expense Life Insurance Closer to join our team. As a Closer, you'll play a crucial role in communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and successfully closing final expense life insurance sales over the phone. This is a remote position based in Pakistan, with night shift hours.

Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients interested in final expense life insurance products.

Establish rapport and trust with clients, tailoring insurance solutions to their individual needs.

Clearly and concisely explain policy features, benefits, and premiums.

Overcome objections and address concerns to close sales effectively.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements :

Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Familiarity with final expense life insurance products is advantageous.

Comfortable with night shift hours.
