Company Description : Cyber Advance Solutions is looking for a proactive and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can work both independently and collaboratively to support our sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities : Cold call leads from data sources and social media to generate new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct meetings and software demonstrations to potential clients. Coordinate with sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Follow up with clients via calls and emails for recovery and maintain strong client relationships. Deliver company presentations and software demonstrations to showcase our products and services. Maintain accurate records of sales orders to ensure data integrity and smooth processing. Coordinate with the team on sales leads and reports to align efforts and achieve targets. Focus sales efforts by analyzing customer needs to tailor solutions effectively. Submit daily or weekly activity and results reports to track progress and performance. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BSIT, BBA, MBA in Marketing, or a relevant field. Strong communication, confidence, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
