Associate Software Engineer-MERN

Job descriptionDevelop web apps using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. Build & integrate RESTful APIs. Manage and optimize MongoDB databases. Create responsive front-end interfaces with React. Implement server-side logic, authentication, and middleware. Use Git / GitHub for version control. Test, debug, and ensure performance / scalability. Collaborate with design and product teams. Handle deployment and CI / CD processes. Keep learning latest MERN technologies and best practices. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Create and optimize MongoDB schemas, perform CRUD operations, and ensure data security and efficiency.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Redux (or Context API), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Implement server-side logic, authentication, authorization, and middleware using Node.js and Express.js.
- Use Git / GitHub for code versioning, collaboration, and maintaining clean project documentation.
- Write unit tests, debug code, and ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
- Work closely with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
Qualification
Degree in software engineering, or similar.
