About the Role :
Grade Level (for internal use) : 07 Responsible for product / technical support. Contributes expertise in testing upgrades and new releases from a client perspective. Provides new user orientation, education and installation assistance; troubleshoots technology-specific problems and occasionally answers data and industry-specific questions – all via phone and e-mail. Requires a CS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education / experience; customer service skills must be top-notch. A sharp intellect and inquisitive nature, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, an information systems background. Ability to work both independently and in group settings, meet deadlines, and ensure accurate and complete work.
