Business Development Executive
at
Devcubix , you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, submitting proposals, and converting those opportunities into long-term client relationships. This is an onsite role, where you will be actively involved in the entire bidding process, collaborating closely with our team to ensure a steady stream of projects and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Lead the bidding process across major freelance platforms such as
Upwork ,
Fiverr ,
& LinkedIn. Draft and submit compelling business proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation aligned with project scopes and client needs. Focus your efforts on
Devcubix’s core services
in Web Design & Development. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, converting one-time projects into ongoing business. Collaborate with the team to ensure
client satisfaction
through timely delivery, effective communication, and after-sales support. Onboard new clients with targeted outreach and follow-ups to secure business. Stay up-to-date with
Upwork algorithm trends
and
email marketing
best practices. Requirements : 2+ years of experience
in business development within the tech industry, particularly in
freelance platforms
(Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.). Proven track record of acquiring international business from markets including the
UK ,
USA ,
Australia , and
Canada . Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Self-motivated with strong
independent work ethic
and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective
client interaction . Experience in
client communication ,
proposal submission , and managing long-term
business relationships . Bonus Skills : Knowledge of
LinkedIn marketing
techniques. Experience with
Upwork algorithm trends
