We’re hiring a Middle Affiliate Manager to join our team and help scale performance across key Asian markets. If you already know how affiliate partnerships work in iGaming / betting and you’re ready to grow fast in a team that builds, tests, and scales — you’ll feel at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and grow affiliate performance across Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines (with guidance from a Senior / Lead).
• Manage a portfolio of existing partners : onboarding, activation, daily communication, and performance follow-ups.
• Help source and recruit new affiliates : outreach, introductions, deal setup, and ongoing relationship building.
• Assist with commercial work : prepare terms, track deals (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), and ensure clean execution.
• Track performance daily : registrations, FTD, conversion, retention / LTV, ROI — and turn insights into actions.
• Monitor traffic quality and flag risks early (fraud signals, incentivized traffic, compliance concerns).
• Coordinate with CRM / product / analytics to improve funnels and increase partner efficiency.
• Maintain structured reporting : weekly updates, partner summaries, pipeline tracking, next-step plans.
