Personal Assistant To CEO

Required Personal Assistant to the Director.

Job Description :

Part 1 approximately 3-4 hours maximum

• Check emails read thoroughly and review, daily 2X and attend to all action required emails respond, forward, file and take action as explained
• 2 phone calls per day with update of emails and action required
• Take notes on each phone call to put in reminders and directions given.
• Look at sales emails and provide data for quotes and have a phone call and take directions
• Keep filing, if emails & follow up on older emails requiring action
• Manage appointment and meetings
• Manage travel arrangements as when necessary
• Follow Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.

Part 2 approximately 4-5 hours

Must be well versed in speaking and written English.

Qualification must be Graduate or Masters

Job work : Remotely

Will provide necessary tools for the job. Must be extremely reliable.
