Education : BS in Psychology with specialization or academic project on psychometric testing.

Responsibilities :

• Develops, evaluates tests and testing programs and related products that are closely aligned to the current subject-area standards.
• Writes items, reviews, and evaluations, test assembly, and scoring.
• Approves items for use on tests, evaluates both content and psychometric properties.
• Designs and develops new assessments and innovative products and services.
• Writes rules for test creation system, assembles pretests, tests and / or Computer-Adaptive Testing (CAT) pools.
• Plans and conducts reliability, validity or comparability studies.
• Plans, manages, and directs test development activities as a lead.
• Manages the item evaluation process for newly inducted or existing tests.
• Directs testing projects, delegates work, and monitors progress.

Job Specification

Experience : A fresh graduate may apply; however, professional experience in psychometric testing or related fields would carry an added advantage.
