Manager - Online Tutoring Services

We are leading provider of online Quran Tutoring services to students of any age. Majority of our students are from English speaking countries (USA, UK, etc.). We are looking for a qualified and experienced Online Tutoring Sevices Manager for our Lahore Center. The selected candidate will be responsible for general managerial duties related to staff and the center, calling online tutoring prospects and customers, organizing online classes, coordinating tutoring between students and tutors, e-mail marketing, online chat support, using various online and offline marketing methods to increase website traffic and online tutoring students, enhancing online tutoring services. The selected candidate will be required to work during the night shift, early morning, and flexible hours to match the requirements of USA, UK, etc.

Job Specification

• MBA or equivalent busieness degree
• Prior 5-10 years of relevant Managerial experience
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with international English speaking customers. Telesales, CSR, or Call Center experience to English speaking customers.
• Ability to grow the current business and expand into related areas
• Knowledge of E-mail marketing, Online sales, Internet marketing techniques, Online Chat support etc.
• Calling prospects and customers related to online tutoring and setting up online lessons
• Great customer satisfaction experience.
