Requirements :

• Qualification : Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration(Marketing) / ComputerScience or in a relevant field.
• Experience : 2 to 3 years experience in the field of Software Sales or Business development preferably within a software house.
• This opportunity is only for female candidates having excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to establish long term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets and achieve revenue goals.
• Identifying potential clients and market segments and actively participating in new business opportunities.
• Generating leads through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Building a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and engaging in effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customers needs market trends and competitors activities.
• Bidding on upwork fiver and other platforms.
• Email marketing and cold calling.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and be able to present and explain the companies services and expertise.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations and product demonstration to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing and other commercial aspects to secure profitable deals.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Note : The incumbent will be required to work from home mostly followed by a few meetings per month.
