We’re building a data backbone for real estate intelligence products and are seeking a Parcel Data Engineer with strong Python skills and solid geospatial experience. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end data handling, including sourcing parcel and property files, cleaning and standardizing them, integrating geospatial layers, and preparing data for analysis and downstream tools.

Role Summary

This includes sourcing large parcel and property files, cleaning and standardizing them, integrating geospatial layers, and preparing the data for analysis and downstream tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands on experience working with parcel, cadastral, assessor, or other geospatial datasets
• Good understanding of PostGIS and spatial databases
• Ability to build stable, scalable data pipelines
• Experience normalizing datasets from multiple counties or regions is a plus
