Zen Brands is a fast-growing U.S.-based eCommerce company that owns and manages multiple wellness and lifestyle brands sold on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. We’re looking for a talented Amazon Marketing Manager who can help us grow our products on Amazon through smart research, great content, and strong advertising.

Role Overview As the Amazon Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for finding new product opportunities, improving listings, managing PPC ads, and building our brand presence on Amazon. You’ll work closely with our design, operations, and leadership teams to make sure every product performs well and delivers strong results.

Key Responsibilities

Research new product ideas, analyze competitors, and find gaps in the market.

Create and manage A+ Content, Brand Story, and listing images with the designer.

Make sure all listings follow Amazon rules and are optimized with the best keywords.

Run and optimize PPC campaigns.

Manage reviews and feedback — including the Vine Program — to build a strong brand reputation.

Track performance data (sales, TACoS, keyword ranks) and share weekly reports.

Manage timelines and ensure new products are taken live on time.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing products on Amazon.

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC, and listing optimization.

Experience using tools like Helium10, Keepa, Sellerboard & DataDive.

Good communication and project management skills.

Must be organized, data-driven, and able to work independently.

Salary PKR 150,000 – 250,000 per month (based on experience).

Remote Flexibility Work from home Monday - Saturday at set hours from 8 : 30am - 6 : 30pm Pakistan Time. Enjoy our evenings. You will get a 1.5-hour break every day.

Performance Bonus Based on sales growth and company performance
