Job descriptionExcellent spoken English (must-have). Confident communication and persuasive skills. Previous telesales, call center, or business development experience preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional. Laptop + reliable internet connection. Base salary : PKR 70,000 – 120,000 / month (depending on experience). Attractive commissions on successful sales. Opportunity to work with an international team. Growth and long-term career potential. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or outbound calling role. Exceptional verbal communication skills in English. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Make outbound calls to prospects and leads.
- Work in Australian business hours (AEST).
- Communicate in clear, fluent, and professional English at all times.
- Manage CRM, follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records.
- Book meetings, handle objections, and support sales closure.
