Job description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative candidate who can accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries.

Salary : 30,000 - 50,000 (will be decided after the interview)

Responsibilities :

Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives

Requirements and skills

Previous experience in a customer support role.

Must have good communication skills.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Must have good learning skills.

You must have at least 6 months of experience in call center to apply for this job.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
