Senior Software Engineer

The Technical Lead will manage technical aspects of software development flow in a specific context or team. It is crucial for a good Tech Lead to ensure the success of delivered solutions. He / she will be responsible for enabling the team to work with quality.

Responsibilities and Deliverables :

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Perform full-stack development of assigned work items.
• Prepare implementation notes for each task and use JIRA to update task status.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed as per standard.
• Implement the Best Practices and Coding Standards of the project.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans proactively.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
