Job Summary

Job Summary : We are looking for a talented Mid‑Level Backend Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in developing robust backend solutions using Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and MySQL.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js with TypeScript.
  • Implementing scalable and efficient database schemas and queries using MySQL.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including front‑end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
  • Participating in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of backend systems.
  • Keeping up‑to‑date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies is a plus.

    Work Site : On‑site

    Work Hours : US Time (EST) (3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM PKT)
