This role is responsible for carrying out Transformation Projects and driving finance processes improvements for different geographies and processes. This will also include vendor management and change management. Goals
Successful delivery of ERP Implementation Projects Identify and implement process improvement initiatives bringing efficiencies Improve Time to Market for Changes Consolidation of Finance Systems Your Typical day at work
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives Act as point of contact for TSS to support implementation of Finance Systems (primarily Oracle Fusion) Providing rigorous support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (O2C) pertinent system issues Implementing best practices for P2P, R2R and O2C related processes Ensuring smooth delivery of Changes and reducing Time to Market Process, driving process standardization across the Group Understanding the needs of Internal and External stakeholders Creating and maintaining positive business relationship with business stakeholders Liaise with vendor’s consulting team and getting the best required outcomes Improving key performance metrics to enhance performance Managing ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required Note : Above goals and job descriptions are indicative and subject to change. Eligibility Criteria
Education : Must be an ACCA or having a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting Experience in Implementation of ERP Applications majorly Oracle and have at-least 2-3 end to end Implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud in any area including R2R, S2P and O2C At least 5+ years’ consulting experience in ERP Implementation in a renowned organization - preferably Big4 firms Knowledge of Business Processes Basic Understanding of applicable IFRSs Oracle Fusion Cloud Certified is an added advantage Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
Good communication & interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written both) Ability to handle heavy workload effectively and efficiently Ready to accept challenges and meet stringent deadlines Problem Solving and analytical abilities Experience of managing multiple stakeholders across multiple geographical locations Potential Career Path
