Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Karachi Division. The Salesperson will actively identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic client outreach and networking. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting and promoting Vincink Studios' creative services, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and reporting sales activities regularly to the management team.

Qualifications

• Sales expertise combined with strong knowledge of branding, design, and publishing solutions
• Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building to effectively connect with clients
• Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through proactive lead generation
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools to track and report sales activities
• Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly within creative industries, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
