Location : Remote (UK Timezone)

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (GMT) with at least 4 hours overlap.

About The Role :

We are a fast moving, Shopify DTC e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple channels.

As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, while spearheading impactful campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and email marketing with Klaviyo.

You’ll also oversee a marketing team and manage projects that amplify new customer acquisition, retention, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer acquisition & growth : Build and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition via Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing (Klaviyo), focusing on lowering CAC and improving LTV.
• Full funnel management : Design and optimise the complete marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—ensuring every part of the customer journey is crafted to deliver exceptional growth and performance.
• Team leadership & collaboration : Manage, mentor, and work alongside a remote team of digital marketers while also collaborating with external stakeholders. Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Project management : Lead marketing initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, creative, and content teams. Keep campaigns tightly managed with clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Data-driven insights : Develop, monitor, and analyse KPIs such as ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and CLTV, using data insights from tools such as GA4 and Triple Whale to steer campaign performance and make focused improvements. Forecast and report financial results weekly / monthly to identify growth opportunities
• Stay at the cutting edge : Keep up-to-date with evolving trends, platform updates, and competitors to deliver fresh, innovative solutions that stand out in a competitive market.
