Job Description
We are hiring Project Coordinators in the EST time zone for a hybrid role, requiring 20 hours per week from the office. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of vFairs customers. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverablesAssist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levelsAnalyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirementsSome Ideal Traits For This Role Are

Bachelor’s Degree in technology, computer science / IT is preferred Ability to work in US / Canada hours (EST) Excellent communication skills Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and Identifying priorities
