Production Manager (Knitted Apparels)

Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team in the Knitted Garments industry. Responsible for managing a unit of 500-700 Machines, leading a team, allocating styles, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities : Handle and oversee a unit of 500-700 Machines Lead a complete team and infrastructure Allocate styles in different units / lines based on available capacity Attend pre-production meetings Ensure day-to-day production meets targets Follow up on industrial engineering functions Maintain quality standards and minimize alteration costs Check and control manpower costing Requirements : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the knitted garments industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting targets Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to get shortlisted.
