As Manager Partnerships & Digital Products, you will lead and expand strategic brand collaborations across all consumer businesses—securing exclusive, high-value deals that accelerate app growth and drive revenue.
You will identify and unlock new opportunities, stay ahead of market trends, and deliver on ambitious growth targets. From negotiation and onboarding to campaign execution and performance tracking, you will ensure partnerships deliver win‑win results.
This role works within a dynamic team of 4–5 members and reports directly to the Head of Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Partnerships : Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with brands across retail, travel, and e-commerce, bringing exclusive, high‑value deals to the platform.
- Drive App Growth Through Collaborations : Collaborate with partners on campaigns that drive user acquisition, increase app downloads, and boost visibility across channels.
- Revenue Generation : Own and grow the partnerships revenue stream by negotiating win‑win commercial agreements, monetizing merchant listings, and upselling premium placements or features.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
- Deal Negotiation & Execution : Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that align with business objectives.
- Onboarding & Implementation : Ensure seamless onboarding of partners and oversee end‑to‑end execution.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance partnerships.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of partnership deals.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring key KPIs and revenue targets are met.
Qualifications
Strong grip on digital product / app ecosystems and a proven track record of closing high‑value brand deals to drive downloads, revenue, and growth.Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to execute partnerships effectively.Ability to collaborate effectively, comfortable working in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment, and adapt to new digital products.Benefits & What’s Inside Jazz
