Social Media Manager

Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and showcase the value of Liveforce. This role is ideal for a social media professional who enjoys storytelling, building communities, and analyzing results to refine content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media content calendar, aligning with marketing goals and upcoming product launches.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia to share across all social media platforms.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
• Maintain and evolve Liveforce’s unique voice and messaging style across all social platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, using insights to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment to stay informed and relevant in our messaging.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive branding and communication.
