Discover
attractive market opportunities, Jobs To Be Done / customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies. Define the problems we’re solving, for whom, why, and the market size.
Define
value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers, and success metrics for 1-3 years.
Launch
and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product / Service (MLP / S) using low / no-code tools. Measure the KPIs that matter.
Lead
as an interim founder until we hire external leadership. Help recruit, and support existing ventures as needed.
Rinse and repeat.
Requirements
Bias for action . Move with urgency and focus. Pragmatic, push forward when risks are low, and unblock yourself quickly.
Courage under fire . Own a high‑ownership role, get hands dirty, and drive the full cycle from idea triage to pitching recommendations to Founding Partners.
No work is beneath you . Demonstrate a get‑shit‑done attitude and a “get‑on‑it‑now” approach.
Strong opinions, loosely held . Use data to back decisions, research new topics, and track KPIs, even manually crunching and cleaning data.
Optimism as an Operating System . Maintain a high happiness level, handle high‑pressure situations calmly, and provide candid feedback.
