Position : Multimedia Developer Shift timings : 03 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities

Create illustrations, animations, and visual assets for e‑learning courses.

Design logos, web visuals, comics, and presentation mock‑ups.

Edit and manipulate photos, videos, and audio.

Develop storyboards and visual concepts based on scripts and project briefs.

Collaborate with HTML developers to design custom course themes, activities, and mini‑games.

Refine and maintain a library of reusable assets (icons, characters, motion graphics, etc.).

Incorporate feedback to improve or revise existing artwork.

Research new design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance project quality.

Support other departments (e.g., HR, Marketing) with design materials such as banners, posters, and flyers.

Perform occasional content editing and data entry in the learning management system (LCMS).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2–3 years of professional experience in multimedia design or e‑learning.

Strong drawing and digital illustration skills (hand and tablet).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant animation tools (e.g., Autodesk, Blender).

Understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character design.

Attention to detail and openness to feedback.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
