About the Role
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
- Convert leads into sales through professional persuasion and consultative selling.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to streamline the conversion process.
- Send quotations and product information via email / WhatsApp professionally.
- Stay updated on solar products, pricing, and company offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales experience, preferably in solar, energy, or tech-related fields.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Urdu.Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone and building rapport.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to meet sales targets under deadlines.Other Details
