We are now expanding our business development team and looking for a skilled Upwork Proposal Writer to join us.

Role Overview The Upwork Proposal Writer will play a key role in securing freelance projects by crafting professional, persuasive, and client‑focused proposals. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in content writing, business communication, or freelance bidding, who are eager to grow in a performance‑driven environment.

Commission : 3% on successfully acquired projects

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Write well‑structured, professional, and persuasive proposals aligned with client needs.

Maintain and optimize Alpha Creations’ Upwork profile for better visibility.

Communicate with potential clients to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.

Track submitted proposals, maintain records, and provide regular reporting.

Collaborate with the business development manager to refine bidding strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork proposal writing or freelance bidding.

Strong background in professional content writing (proposals, business communication, or client pitches).

Excellent written English with the ability to create engaging, error‑free content.

Basic understanding of IT services (video editing proposals) is preferred.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to work independently in a night‑shift environment.
