Associate Network Engineer

The Associate Network Engineer will work full‑time across Pakistan to support and assist in the planning, design, and implementation of an infrastructure that supports the current needs and future expansion plans of integrating Cisco, Juniper, and other Arwen products for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in deployments across Pakistan.
• Open and handle JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.
• Work with the enterprise architecture team to implement network configurations, including subnet and VLAN implementation, VOIP telephony solutions, VPN tunneling, and wireless LAN implementation at various locations.
• Perform network design, integration, optimization, and migration.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues related to integration.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Understand issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
