Supervisor (FM)

for its Lahore operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities management operations, ensuring service quality, and leading janitorial / technical teams to deliver excellence at client sites. Responsibilities

Supervise FM staff, including janitorial and housekeeping teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company standards. Monitor attendance, daily tasks, and staff deployment at assigned sites. Ensure delivery of cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance services in line with client expectations. Liaise with clients for issue resolution and provide daily / weekly reporting to HO. Conduct on-site training, performance monitoring, and ensure health & safety compliance. Coordinate consumable deliveries and manage vendor follow-ups when required. Support in handling emergencies, escalations, and ad-hoc client requests. Requirements

Minimum

2–3 years of supervisory experience

in Facilities Management / Janitorial / Housekeeping. Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multi-site staff and operations efficiently. Knowledge of workplace health & safety protocols. Lahore-based and flexible to work overtime when required. Benefits
