PG degree in commerce, finance or other relevant field from a recognized university from a recognized university Experience :

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the BFSI sector. Minimum 2 years of experience in vocational education in the BFSI sector Demonstrated experience in tailoring educational content to meet the current and evolving needs of the industry. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and organising industry guest talks, providing students with insights into current industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. Required Skills :

Analytical mindset, adaptability, and organisational skills for effective industry engagement. Proven ability to align programs with industry standards and regulations. Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators and industry stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and preferably Punjabi. Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategies to align vocational education programs with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Collaborate with curriculum developers, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure that educational content meets the current and evolving needs of the industry. Organise and manage effective On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs, coordinating with industry partners to provide students with hands-on experience. Coordinate and organise industry guest talks to provide students with insights into current industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. Plan and coordinate visits to various industries. Ensure that industry visits align with the curriculum, providing students with a holistic understanding of their chosen trades. Work collaboratively with curriculum developers, educators, and industry stakeholders to foster strong relationships. Actively seek opportunities for internships and apprenticeships in collaboration with industry partners. Maintain regular and open communication with industry partners to stay informed about industry requirements, trends, and potential opportunities for students.
