Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Design sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintain sales volume on a quarterly basis. Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational & technical workshops, establishing personal networks. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
