Executive Manager Network Operations

Position Summary : Manage and execute jobs for provisioning, operation, administration and monitoring of networks, routers, switches, security appliances, secure remote access devices, WAN links, Internet links, external agencies links, LAN, Wifi, Configuration Management, DR site, and user connectivity. Duties and Responsibilities : Provision availability, reliability and performance of Network. Execute jobs to manage Data Centers. Assist in working with external network and hardware service providers. Responsible to run multiple datacenters including cloud Datacenters and ensure their 100% connectivity with respect to high performance and availability. Manage multi vendor’s network equipment (not limited to Cisco, Huawei, Sophos, BIG-IP etc.) Implementing and configuring routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP). Implements and maintains network security measures, including firewalls and access controls. Should have hands on experience in Routing and Switching. Manage efficient designing of network infrastructure. Responsible for IT Audit Compliance. Ensure that all changes are carried out as per the change management policy and procedure Develop and Implement Disaster recovery plan for core connectives and services along with DR drill planning, coordination, and availability of network infrastructure The incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by easypaisa bank limited Behaviours (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his / her work conduct. Degree BS or MS in computer Science / IT / Engineering + relevant certifications Experience :

8-10 years Behavioral Skills & Competencies : Good communication skills. Time management. Analytics & Problem-solving skills. Hands on experience of Security Systems (Firewalls, IDS / IPS, WAF). Very strong WAN / LAN / TCP / IP networking skills. Must have good hands on with Cisco & Huawei Network Elements Interpersonal relations skills. Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are highly valued.
