Virtual Medical Scribe

We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and compassionate Virtual Medical Scribes to assist our U.S. healthcare providers in real-time documentation and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of scribing experience — especially those with MBBS or other medical-related backgrounds — who aspire to build a future in the U.S. healthcare system.

What Youll Do :

• Document real-time patient encounters during live virtual consultations in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Assist in managing medication lists, treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient education .
• Coordinate lab orders, diagnostic tests, and communicate results empathetically and professionally.
• Transcribe and edit medical notes with accuracy, adhering to U.S. clinical standards.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant, thorough, and accurate patient records .
• Collaborate with physicians to address documentation discrepancies.
• Manage prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and other admin tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on U.S. medical terminology, charting standards, and EHR tools .
