Position : Technical Project Manager
Location : Lahore
Minimum Experience : IT project management : 7 years (Preferred)
Job Type : FULL TIME
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift
Openings : 1
License / Certification : PMP Certified

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the telecom industry.

Requirements

Drive projects from inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals.

Identify, analyze, mitigate and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks.

Execute delivery process so that the distributed resources can work as an effective, objective-driven and collaborative global team.

Provide leadership and help foster a work culture that recognizes, supports individuals.

Implement a continuous improvement program with focus on best practices.

Leverage the tools or put in place new ones to ensure effective execution of projects.

Help manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, new vendor selection processes, renewal solutions, maintenance and support. Certified in any project management, agile project methodology, SAFE methodology preferred.

Demonstrated ability in managing a global delivery model and defined, managing and measuring global IT delivery processes.

Strong leader with proven ability to manage resources, vendors; develop a high-performing team of IT professionals.

Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.

Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to forge consensus among competing constituents on critical and time-sensitive issues.

Management exhibiting energy, efficiency, collaboration, and result orientation.

Ability to deal with ambiguity.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
