experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the Software and IT
industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools, with a proven track record of
sourcing and hiring top-tier tech and digital talent in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Effectively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter tools, job boards, social media platforms, and internal talent databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within the ATS.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback and a smooth hiring experience.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics regularly to the HR team and leadership.
