Sales Representative - Real Estate

Overview

You will play a dual role in our company at our latest project named Zeb Mall and Residency at Khanna pull Islamabad. Not only will you be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients, but you will also contribute to our marketing efforts through creative graphic design. This unique combination will allow you to directly impact our sales growth while enhancing our visual brand identity. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Create compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media. Assist in the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and advertisements. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with strong time management skills.
