We’re a growing Fintech company looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing and sales funnel. If you thrive on creating strategies that convert, love experimenting with different channels, and want the freedom to run campaigns from the ground up, this role is for you.

The Role As our Digital Marketing Associate, your mission is simple : drive qualified leads and convert them into paying customers. You’ll have the opportunity to own marketing campaigns, test across multiple channels, and directly impact our recurring revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies using SEO, paid ads, cold outreach, email marketing campaigns.

Support paid and organic campaigns across digital channels.

Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging for visitor conversions.

Track and report on key performance metrics including lead volume, cost per lead, and contribution to sales / pipeline metrics.

Collaborate with leadership to shape the marketing roadmap, while having the autonomy to implement your own strategies.

Manage marketing tools and analytics

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of digital marketing experience, entry-level applicants considered.

Proven ability to generate leads and sales conversions.

Hands-on expertise with organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Strong technical skills with marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Experience managing full marketing funnels (from awareness to conversion).

Self-starter with the ability to own strategy and execution.

Fully remote role – work from anywhere in Pakistan.

Ownership of marketing campaigns with the freedom to execute your own ideas.
