Part‑time Remote Paid Ads Manager

Tata Communications is seeking a part‑time remote paid ads manager to support ongoing digital advertising campaigns for local B2C service businesses in Colorado. You will help manage Meta and Google Ads to drive performance and support our growing marketing operations.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience running Meta or Google Ads
• Ability to monitor and optimize basic performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR)
• Understanding of targeting, retargeting, and simple A / B testing
• Able to work part‑time with at least 3–4 hours overlapping Mountain Time (U.S.)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
